february favourites

This month I've been focusing on finding some new pieces for spring that will be good wardrobe staples, so I have a few more clothing favourites than usual.

I've been wanting a pair of tweed pants for so long now and I finally found the perfect pair at Aritzia (brand is Babaton). I also have been loving this white tank top from Aritzia (brand is Wilfred Free) just cause it's so easy to pair with everything. For shoes I've been loving these loafers from Zara and I've also been loving these white levis' from Re/Done (I'll put a link to their website here).

For skincare and makeup some of my favourites have been the Kiehl's Creamy Eye Treatment, the YSL Faux Ciels mascara, the Rose Jam shower gel and the Rub Rub Rub shower scrub both from Lush. Also, I've been really into finding new fragrances and I really like Lait de Coco from Urban Outfitters because it reminds me of summer time.
Books: I re-read A Court of Thorns and Roses …

february movie recommendations

Lately I've been watching a lot of new movies and I thought I'd share a few that I've been loving. I tried to pick some that you might never have heard of just because I love when people recommend me new things.

1. And While We Were Here: It's a romance movie set in Italy and focuses on a couple struggling with their relationship and what happens when someone new comes into the picture. (This is my new favourite movie and if you watch anything from this list this is the one you should watch!)

2. Manchester By the Sea: Focuses on the relationship of a boy and his uncle after his father death. This movie overall is kind of sad but the story is so interesting and it has some really funny parts.

3. Submarine: A really cute romance set in England.

4. I Believe In Unicorns: This movie has the prettiest visuals I've ever seen so if you're into visually appealing things, it's a must watch.

5. Kill Your Darlings: Based on a true story about a couple of struggling writer…

no makeup makeup feat. cle cosmetics

Hi guys! I am one of the laziest people when it comes to doing makeup, I tend to go very minimal just to save time so I thought I'd share how I do my makeup most days.

I usually start by cleansing my face and lately I've been using Cle Cosmetic's Oxygen Foam Cleanser which makes my skin feel soo soft and it's really great if you have acne.
Next, I use their CCC Cream in the shade Medium Light. I don't usually wear foundation because I don't like how heavy it feels so this CCC Cream is great because it still has coverage but doesn't feel heavy. Also, It has SPF 45 which is so important! If sunscreen isn't a part of your beauty routine you should seriously consider adding it!

re/done jeans

Hey guys! I had two snow days in a row this week which gave me some time to take some new pictures, go thrift shopping and play around with some outfit ideas for spring featuring these adorable levis!

The jeans are from Re/Done and I'll link their website hereif you want to check it out. They have the most amazing jeans ever! They are super comfortable and unique because no pair is the same and they are all vintage. Also, I'll link their instagram here.
The shoes are from Zara and the top is from Aritzia in case you were wondering! Xx Taylor
